Young Consulting is hiring a Business Analyst to join their team in Marietta, Georgia. 
We are looking for someone with a strong Insurance (Programs) background who can partner with our clients and Developers to document system and reporting requirements. The selected candidate will be responsible for documenting requirements for system enhancements and reports and translating those business requirements to technical specifications.  Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with stakeholders at various levels
• Work with clients to gather requirements and put together documentation for developers to meet client requirements
• Work with business partners to define and document system enhancements and reports
• Use Front-End systems to validate reports
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify and rectify issues
• Address ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests, with an eye on addressing the underlying business challenges
• Recognize patterns and changing requirements to identify opportunities to build new analytics

Job Qualifications:

• 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role
• BS in Business Administration or Computer Science
• Insurance industry experience
• Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel functionality (i.e., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, custom functions)
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical specifications (and vice versa)
• Ability to think outside the box when solving complex challenges
• Ability to successfully work with personnel at all levels in the organization
• Comfortable pulling reports from BI tools, such as Tableau, SSRS, PowerBI, etc.
• Proven work ethic with the ability to work within set timelines and update management on deviation from these estimates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
