Essential Functions, Experience, and Skills:
·Provides personal care to residents to include, but not limited to, bathing, skincare, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, incontinence care, eating as assigned according to RA information sheet and service plan.
·Provides general nursing care to include, but not limited to, vital signs, temperature, blood pressure, height, and weight as requested by H&W staff.
·Answers all calls for resident assistance regardless of assignment and assists residents with needs according to HSL standards.
·Documents appropriate information in the daily log as required. Completes all necessary forms.
·Reports all resident and community concerns to shift supervisor and/or Director of Nursing immediately.
