As a Relationship Manager, you thrive on building relationships, providing exceptional client service, and are strongly self-motivated. Welcome to the Relationship Management team within JPMorgan.
Your primary objective is to manage and maintain relationships with clients by earning trust, thoroughly understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, developing thoughtful solutions and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role will be part of a local team and supported by an institutional platform that has the resources, specialists and intellectual capital to help you advise clients on achieving their desired financial goals.
Internally, you will build collaborative relationships with partners across lines of business (Private Bank, Commercial Bank, JPMA, Chase Wealth Management), utilize referral networks and connect your clients across all lines of business of JP Morgan Chase & Co. You will have the opportunity to take initiative, act entrepreneurially and grow the Banks business in a team environment.
This role is located in San Francisco, CA and will report in the office 3-4 days a week.
This role is 100% commission and is paid out on a draw and quarterly bonus. More details about total compensation and benefits will be provided during the hiring process

Job Responsibilities
Develop new and manage existing client relationships, providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations
Look for ways to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships with current clients, regularly conducting in-person calls with prospects and clients at their places of business and other external locations
Network with real estate brokers and other centers of influence outside of the office environment to build relationships and strengthen JPMorgan Chases reputation
Develop strong referral network internally in partnership with Private Bank, Asset Wealth Management, Middle Market and One Chase to identify new opportunities for all partners
Ensure that proposed solutions fulfill clients' needs and objectives in the short, medium and long term through a holistic goals-based planning approach
Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines and security measures
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
A minimum of five years of lending experience
Proven sales success and strong business acumen
Strong community presence with an established network
Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts
Strong self-motivation combined with the ability to work in a team environment
NMLS registration; SAFE Act / TILA screening
Required Licenses: Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65). Unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
A bachelors degree
