Duties

- Oversee the daily operations and management of residential properties

- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner

- Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewals

- Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment from tenants

- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling contractors and vendors

- Enforce lease terms and regulations, addressing any violations or disputes

- Maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and tenant information

Experience

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in property management or related field

- Proficient in using property management software such as AppFolio or PropertyWare

- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs and regulations preferred but not required

- Strong knowledge of property leasing procedures and best practices

- Excellent conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes effectively

- Understanding of property maintenance standards and ability to coordinate repairs

- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property management

- Exceptional customer relationship management skills to provide excellent service to tenants

- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
