ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This full-time role as Senior Media Planner Buyer stewards the campaign lifecycles for three to five key accounts at Growth Marketing Werks, acting as a point of contact for clients and providing forward-thinking strategies to meet or exceed benchmarks. Your varied media experience will allow you to execute on media plans created in collaboration with the Chief Media Officer, Media Director and Digital Media Manager. In tandem with our Paid Digital Media Manager, this role will iterate and optimize strategies, incorporating self-service platforms such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Amazon Ads.
In addition to driving strategies, you will continuously draw learnings and insights for managed campaigns to iterate and optimize.

ABOUT YOU
Our ideal Senior Media Planner Buyer has over six years of experience as an expert across all media types and objectives. You are a team player with a proven track record of effective client communication, polished error-free execution, and thrive in established processes and procedures. Your expertise in B2B, B2C, and DTC media objectives and applicable traditional and digital strategies will set you apart from the rest.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Lead strategy meetings and participate in media partner calls
• Develop media plans through RFPs, partner negotiations, and collaboration with the in-house platform manager
• Pace budget for full campaign delivery
• Oversee creative deliverables for clients
• Deliver impactful and persuasive client presentations
