Senior Technical Program Manager - Global Support Transformations at Oracle in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description Leading strategic, Cloud-focused projects as part of the modernization of Oracle's Global Support Services organization, the Sr Technical Program Manager will be a driver with proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and come up to speed quickly in a large, matrixed organizations. The role is focused on designing and leading programs that will modernize, transform, integrate, and secure Oracle's support services and data in Oracle's Cloud. Ability to interact with all levels, including Oracle senior executives, is required for this role. Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities In an Agile-focused delivery model, design and implement overall program plans by managing schedule, matrixed resources, issues, risks, successful testing, stakeholder sign-off, and executive program health reporting Provide program leadership across Product Management, Development, Operations, and matrixed business stakeholder organizations Support continued growth of the Program Management Office by utilizing processes already in place and helping drive improvement initiatives, as needed Ability to deliver as an individual contributor with the creation of presentations, project plans, detailed issue and risk tracking, maintaining program health information, and other detailed program and project management related deliverables Experience in designing and leading Change Management efforts in large business transformation projects highly beneficial Background in management consulting or related in-house transformational projects required Ability to author and deliver polished, executive-level presentations Use your background in cloud applications, cloud architecture, and global support knowledge to lead discussions and drive decisions on program direction Certifications in PMP, ITIL, CCMP, or Agile SCRUM Master highly beneficial - need to be able to use best practices in a flexible, just in time approach Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
