WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS A YOUTH PROGRAM SERVICE COORDINATOR ENTAIL?

As a Youth Program Service Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of a collaborative effort to support youth and families in our Wraparound Program. Working closely with various stakeholders including youth, families, guardians, caseworkers, and the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those you serve. Your role in designing and delivering services tailored to meet the unique needs of each youth will be both challenging and rewarding. Join us in the Wraparound Program and be a part of a dedicated nonprofit focused on providing essential support to those who need it most!

IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?

  • Bachelor's degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, education, psychology, or a related human service field
  • 3 years of supervised experience
  • Ability and willingness to actively participate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment
  • Knowledge of community programs, services, evidence-based practices, and a variety of treatment modalities used to work with youth and their family to navigate child-serving systems
  • 21 years of age or older
