What’s a typical day as a Finance Recruiter? You’ll be:
• Managing the full cycle recruiting process to meet various staffing goals.
• Utilizing various sourcing platforms such as Handshake, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, and Indeed to attract and identify potential candidates.
• Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to select the best candidates for finance roles.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with universities to promote the organization's brand and opportunities.
• Organizing and hosting career days, attending college fairs, and conducting interviews and assessments.
• Tracking and reporting key metrics to measure the effectiveness of staffing activities.
• Providing recruiting guidance and expertise to hiring managers.
• Collaborating with the Associate Relations team to ensure a positive candidate experience.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a background in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment, preferably in college or intern recruiting.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate exceptional relationship-building abilities.
• Have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and employer branding.
• Are detail-oriented and organized.
• Have experience with applicant tracking systems and knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Have experience in an Associate Relations or similar role (a plus).
• Have experience recruiting bilingual candidates (a plus).
• Are bilingual in Spanish (a plus).
