Dialysis, RN

Currently seeking a qualified Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to staff a contract in Brownsburg, IN This is a 24 hour per week contract on day shift. You will need Tablo experience. 2 years of recent and relevant Dialysis experience is required . Current pay rate is $60 per hour.

Expectations include the following : Go to the patients' room, pick them up for dialysis, and obtain verbal handoff from the floor nurse. Care for the patient independently while in dialysis (this may include repositioning) After dialysis, return the patient to their room and give a verbal report to the floor nurse. Set up and clean up and care of the machines

Responsibilities of the Dialysis - RN

• Organize and deliver the care of a group of patients with needs of varying complexity.
• Plan, direct, assess and provide nursing care according to the policies and procedures of the hospital and department.
• Provide basic, bedside care

Requirements of the Registered Nurse – RN 

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana
• 1-2 years of recent and related experience, as required by facility
• Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure
• Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
• Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
