**What You Will be Doing**

As an Associate Engineer, Test Automation & Driver Electronics, you will play a vital role in the development and maintenance of electronic components used by drivers of Colco & Mack Trucks. Your focus on electronics will include Instrument Clusters (IC) and Light Control Modules (LCM). As part of the team, you will share responsibility around our successes and will be a proud advocate of our products and solutions. Together with us, you will be part of a global and diverse team of highly skilled professionals.

You will be responsible for:

* Developing hardware and software components and systems to automate testing of electronics and connectivity components for GTNA

* Performing requirement analysis and definition and working with stakeholders to refine product requirements.

* Creating strategy, architecture, and technical roadmaps for the products that the team delivers

* Utilizing Continuous Development and Continuous Integration (CD/CI) techniques so systems and component owners can benefit from the automation tools

* Working within an agile processes and software standards to maintain efficient, well organized, reusable, and reliable software to ensure the best possible performance, quality, and robustness of software applications

**Who You Are**

You are an Electrical, Mechatronics or Computer Engineer who is driven and embraces learning and overcoming challenges. You have a passion for the field of embedded hardware and software and a desire to join us on our journey towards a sustainable future in the transportation industry.

Requirements:

* Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.

* 0-3 years of related engineering experience

* Practical programming experience with various languages using object-oriented analysis and programming techniques (i.e. Embedded / C, C#, C , Java, Python, etc.)

* Experience trouble-shooting basic electrical and electronic circuit and communication protocol errors to diagnose reported customer or plant issues

* Ability to travel occasionally (domestic and international)

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with Agile development methodology such as SCRUM and SAFe

* Automotive knowledge or experience

* Working knowledge of network protocols, CAN communication and associated tools (i.e. Vector CANalyzer, CANoe, etc.)
