The Patterson Kitchen Bar at Hotel Hartness is actively searching for professional, friendly, and fast-paced Bussers, Food Expeditors, Dining Room Attendants to join our Food and Beverage team.

Both Part Time/Full Time positions are available. Expected regular shifts will include Morning/Lunch/Dinner/Late night

Job Summary:

• Greet and direct guests in accordance with company service standards.
• Assist service staff with the initial setup of guest seating, including providing drinking water or coffee, ensuring proper place settings are available, and ensuring guests are comfortable.
• As food dishes are prepared and become available in the kitchen, coordinate with service staff to assist bringing food from the kitchen to the guest table.
• Act as a liaison to all servers, working between the front of house and back of house to bring items to guest tables, such as a requests for additional condiments.
• Clear guest tables of used table setting items such as silverware, used glassware and dishes, etc.
• Complete designated side work efficiently and thoroughly. Clean and maintain all working areas and equipment.

• This is an entry level position with no prior experience in restaurants needed. We will train for the right candidates with positive work ethic.
