The Horst Group is looking for a new Senior Executive to join our team and lead the Senior Care/Columbia Cottage division. As a senior leader you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's success! The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a track record of strategic leadership and exceptional decision making, having excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will have several years of demonstrated success in profitable senior healthcare operations and managing leadership for a multi-site provider.

Best qualified candidates possess the following experience, credentials, and skillsets:

• Managing the operations of Pennsylvania Assisted Living facilities.
• Developing and implementing appropriate budgets, business plans, and operational strategies to achieve financial targets and organizational objectives.
• A thorough understanding of Chapter 2800 of the PA Code and experience navigating the regulations & operating with compliance.
• Direct supervision of multiple department heads.
• 5 years' experience of progressive healthcare administration with specific experience in Assisted Living operations and management.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • A Licensed Administrator is preferred.

This role is responsible for oversight of, but not necessarily daily involvement in the following business activities:

• Oversee all aspects of Columbia Cottage including financial performance, staff development, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the Cottages, through indirect management of 250 employees and up to 300 beds.
• Provide training, direction, guidance, and supervision to the Columbia Cottage management team.
