We provide one-on-one care to individuals in their private homes in Lehigh, Carbon, Northampton, and Monroe Counties. We have Part-Time and Full-Time positions available up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description of the Home Health Aide:
• Assist clients with ADL’s and personal care needs
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal planning and preparation
• Medication reminder
• Provide companionship and supervision as needed, such as conversations and games
• Inform Agency leadership of emerging client problems or needs
• Document and report any changes in the client’s physical or mental status to Agency leadership
• Comply with all Agency policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills of the Home Health Aide:
• 1 Year experience with personal care/bathing, assistance with ADL’s, transfer techniques preferred, but will train the right candidate.
• Reliable transportation required.
• You must possess a caring nature and a pleasant attitude. Punctuality, flexibility, compassion, and empathy for working with people that are dependent, especially seniors, is a necessity.
