Our client is a Food Supplier located in Southern NJ. They are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to help handle accounting and administrative duties in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and guests
- Answer calls and direct messages as needed
- Complete customer return paperwork
- Handle all daily deposits
- Update all accounts with credits and payments
- Handle weekly audit of all invoices
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Maintain all customer account credit files
