• Select, evaluate and manage vendor partnerships.
• Oversee and manage purchasing to maximize efficiency and minimize cost of PTT’s supply chain. Our supply chain includes raw material sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, and donor sourcing.
• Coordinate all phases of material sourcing, planning, procurement.

• Establish, analyze and optimize the business’s procurement strategy ensuring alignment with business goals

• Simplify processes, and increase transparency, teamwork, and communication between departments.
• Manages and monitors vendor’s qualifications and performance.
• Develop and maintain material cost forecasts and/or standard cost lists.
• Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain.
• Manage supplier performance metrics, feedback, forecasts, and changes.
• Collaborate with Production to ensure efficient material flow from warehouse through production to fulfillment.
• Maintain knowledge of market norms and trends.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Production & Shipping Leadership. You will have daily verbal and written communication Production & Shipping Leadership to ensure daily production goals are understood and executed with speed and quality.
• Your Team. Regularly work in independent and team settings maintaining professional communication with all PTT team members.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Understanding of LEAN ideology

• 5 years experience overseeing purchasing, inventory, and logistics preferred in a related industry. Experience in the life sciences a plus.
• Experience in Tissue Banking, Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals, and/or Semiconductors
• Experience in people leadership

• You will work in an office environment in a manufacturing facility in North Phoenix utilizing a computer and general office equipment.
• Position requires occasional lifting, crouching, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 25 pounds.
