**About the Role:**

As a Driver, you will be responsible for delivering medications to our patients. You will collaborate with our Operations and Logistics teams to ensure flawless and reliable deliveries.

* Collaborate with our Operations and Logistics teams and utilize technology and routing tools to deliver medications to our patients.

* Abide by Pennsylvania Department of Transportation safety regulations for a courier.

* Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.

* Meet company operating policies and standards, including providing best in class customer service.

* Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

* Earn up to $15 - $25 an hour from hourly pay and incentives!

* $14.25 hourly rate $100 bi-weekly performance incentive non-taxable mileage reimbursement.

**Requirements:**

* You must have your own car, be at least 21 years old, and have had your license for more than 1 year.

* You must have proof of registration of your vehicle and proof of insurance (with your name on the policy) on your vehicle.

* You must be able to drive in all weather conditions for extended periods of time (from 4 - 8 hours depending on shift length) and possess the ability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

* You possess the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

* You must have a Smart Phone with downloadable app capability and be familiar with technology and routing tools.
