Promptly and accurately enter customer concerns in the complaint management system.
Accurately categorize customer concerns in the complaint management system.
Promptly and accurately route customer concerns, using the complaint management system, to the appropriate Customer Care Resolution Group.
May help identify trends in customer complaints to assist with root cause analysis.
Process Validation of Debt requests
Respond to Attorney Requests for Documents with approved templates.
Entering and processing ad hoc consumer requests as needed.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
Requires strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
Goal and results driven.
Strong time management skills.
1-2 experience in thriving in a production goal-oriented environment.
1-2 years' experience in a data entry environment.
Strong computer knowledge and can work in multiple systems.
