Responsibilities :

-Build meaningful relationships with your client

-Provide companionship in a warm, welcoming, encouraging tone

-Provide assistance with ADLs (bathing, toileting, dressing), meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry and linen changes

-Ensure safety and supervision of your client

-For Drivers be willing to drive and accompany clients to doctors appointments, grocery shopping and errands

Candidate Requirements :

-MUST have an ACTIVE New Jersey HHA Certification

-MUST be fully vaccinated (and boosted if eligible) against COVID-19

-Two (2) forms of ID: Driver's License, Social Security card, etc.

-Step 1 PPD (within 12 months), QuantiFERON (within 12 months) or Chest X-ray

-MUST be able to pass a criminal background check

-For Drivers: Valid driver's license, your own reliable automobile, proof of registration & auto insurance

-Must be reliable, compassionate, flexible and a team player

-1 year of prior experience as a Caregiver, preferred but not required
