As a HomeTeam Installer, you can expect to:

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site. 
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines, as needed

Minimum Requirements: 

No experience required – training will be provided!

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must successfully pass background and drug screening
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
