Job.

A Title Typist is responsible for reading Title Exams, including county records for Deeds, mortgages, legal descriptions, taxes, plats, court cases and liens and drafting a commitment from the reports for each property.

Ability to decipher exam information, and pay attention to detail are key in this position. It is supported by several departments which work together.

They must be detail oriented and able to quickly review documents and computer records. They must be able to work well on their own.

Everyone in the office is highly motivated toward giving the highest level of customer service and creating great relationships with the clients.

Work Remotely

• Possible, but not promoted.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
