Who You Are :

• Passionate about beer and fermentation, with an insatiable desire to learn
• Team player, optimistic, empathetic, can work through conflict constructively
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and occasionally lift heavy objects

What You’ll Do :

• Support the Head Brewer in start-to-finish recipe building and brewing methods, with consistent execution and flawless attention to detail
• Be a communication channel to the brewers, brewpub staff, and production team to facilitate seamless production while bringing fresh ideas and techniques to the brewing conversation
• Mise en place it up! Strive to set-up and maintain an clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment while having the utmost focus on quality control and assurance for every process and product
