**Description**

**IMMEDIATE** openings for Direct Support Professionals in various group home locations around the Twin Cities Area. **Hourly pay rate:** $15.00, **$1,250 Hiring Bonus! Bring a friend(s) $500 bonus for each referral start**

Weekend shift differential ($1.00 added to base pay rate for hours worked 10pm Friday through 9am Monday).

**Shifts:** We have many flexible schedules, and full & part-time opportunities

**Locations:** Numerous locations throughout the Twin Cities Metro North, South, East and West.

**As a Direct Support Professional at Fraser, you will be responsible for:**

* Medication administration

* Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

* Money management

* Treatment documentation

* Personal cares (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homes

* Meal preparation (must be willing to handle all types of food)

* Planning and transportation to/from activities

* Community integration

**Qualifications:**

* High School diploma/equivalent preferred.

* Valid Minnesota Drivers License with acceptable record (non-driving roles also available).

* Ability to pass DHS background study.

* Passion for serving our clients.
