Home Instead® Care Professionals provide a variety of non-medical services that allow our clients to remain in their homes. These services are meant to enhance the quality of life for our clients. The Lead Caregiver/Receptionist serves as a liaison between Care Professionals, clients/families, and staff within the office.
The Lead Caregiver/Receptionist provides support through field work such as caregiving for new and high acuity clients, assisting with urgent/emergent caregiving needs, and through providing field training for other Care Professionals, with a focus on weekend care assistance.
The Lead Caregiver/Receptionist also serves as a receptionist within the office as needed. The Lead Caregiver/Receptionist is eligible to work additional caregiving hours as desired around office and on call hours.
Compensation: $14.00/hour; $100 bonus per weekend (Every Other Weekend Friday 5:00PM-Monday 5:00PM)
Schedule:
Office—Tuesday 10:00AM-12:00PM; Thursday 8:30AM-2:30PM; Friday 9:00AM-3:00PM
Field—On Call Friday 5:00PM-Monday 5:00PM— Lead Caregivers are responsible for assisting with urgent/emergent needs that may arise during the weekend (Friday evening through Monday evening). Urgent/emergent needs include but are not limited to late notice call outs, client concerns, client/CP introductions, etc.
