Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Home Health Aide or Caregiver
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices
- Familiarity with hospice care and senior care services
- Ability to lift and move clients with care and compassion
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Experience in assisted living facilities or home care settings is a plus
