Schedule Details: Experience the freedom of flexible scheduling as an In-Home Caregiver at KWA. Whether you prefer part-time or full-time hours, you have the flexibility to choose your preferred days, times, and locations.

Ready to join our compassionate team? Here's what you need:

  • To be 18 years
  • To have reliable personal transportation
  • To hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
  • Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
  • Be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

We would prefer someone with:

  • Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
  • A high school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
  • A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
