Job Description:
Home Helpers Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our team near Edison, NJ. As a CHHA, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with mobility and transfer assistance as needed.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and assist with household chores.
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with supervisors and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
• Prior experience working as a CHHA in a home care setting.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Fluent in English; proficiency level of at least 7 out of 10.
• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
