Overview:
Peak Trailer Group is seeking reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Counter Sales Representative. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with sales inquiries, and maintaining inventory control.

Duties:
- Assist customers with their automotive service and parts needs
- Provide product recommendations and answer questions about automotive diagnostics
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and showroom area
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and totals
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of automotive parts and service is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management and sales transactions

We offer competitive pay rates, a 15% Commission on Net Profit related to your individual Sales and opportunities for career advancement within our organization. If you are passionate about the Heavy-Haul Trailer industry and enjoy working with customers, we would love to hear from you!

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.97 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
