Your pay: $15 - $18 per hour to start, depending on experience. Profit sharing program for all employees. Continued growth depends on you. Annual pay review.

Your main Tasks:

• Be safe! Safety is our #1 priority.
• Maintain & troubleshoot Commercial HVAC equipment.
• Service split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, DX Systems, etc.
• Test & replace parts using appropriate instruments.
• No upselling.
• Remain customer service focused.

Experience or Certification needed:

• 2 years of HVAC Service Experience.
• HVAC certificate from a recognized trade school can replace experience.
• EPA universal certification preferred.
• OSHA 10 preferred.

You need to be able to:

• Keep it a Drug-free Workplace. 
• Be punctual and reliable. 
• Work 10-hour days and overtime when necessary.
• On call availability.
• Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors. 
• Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs. 
• Work efficiently in confined spaces. 
• Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
