Your Job Purpose:

As an Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) Engineer working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the semiconductor sector. This job is based in a state-of-the-art facility in Chandler, Arizona.

As a UPW Engineer, you will participate as a member of the project team working with System Owners to ensure accurate and complete project deliverables are provided by the contracted Construction Manager.

Your Job Description:

• Assist UPW System Owners in the following areas:Provide project engineering management of current projects.
• Answer questions of a technical nature during project execution.
• Ensure equipment and overall system OAT/FAT processes meet expectations.
• Review and provide technical verification of hardware and configuration of installations per design documents.
• Review OAT documentation and conduct FATs

• Other responsibilities: Troubleshooting of field devices and control hardware and software
• Provide operations and maintenance support for ultrapure water treatment and supporting equipment.
• Review trends, analyze data, and monitor equipment/systems to identify trends and ensure they are running within specifications.
• Monitor current system demands, identify capacity concerns and analyze data to predict utility/chemical usage.
• Owning safety within area of influence, ensuring system operation reliability to avoid impact or interruption to manufacturing or facilities.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical/chemical/IWS/UPW engineering, or in another related field
• Ability to effectively collaborate with construction and operations teams in the field to manage projects while meeting design criteria, scope, budget and schedule
• Demonstrated application of sound engineering principles and technical problem solving
• Expertise in identifying and implementing opportunities to achieve lowest cost through driving key stakeholders while maintaining systems reliably
• Proven ability to manage subcontractor’s performance through effective communication on daily operation, including maintenance, modification to equipment, process change and control
• Experience driving continuous improvement on facilities systems’ reliability and efficiency.
