The Care Team Relations Advisor (CTRA) provides expertise to managers and team members to resolve care team relations matters through investigation, coaching, and counseling. The CTRA works closely with HR leadership, HR Consultants and other stakeholders and will act as a subject matter expert in the area of care employee and labor relations. The CTRA will be a proactive partner with HR and business leaders in response to data trends and will execute on initiatives launched by DEI, Leadership Development and the Centers of Expertise.
**This is a FT hybrid position working both remote and onsite.
- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required
- License/Certifications: Preferred certification in:
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources of related field required
- Demonstrated experience in care team relations or employment law with experience mitigating conflict and risk exposure
- Exposure to union relations and/or union avoidance activity preferred
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite, e-mail and internet) preferred
