Applied Resource Group is looking for an experienced senior project manager with wastewater and stormwater experience.

The Municipal Market Segment specializes in water treatment, wastewater treatment, water & wastewater conveyance, stormwater and infrastructure pump stations. Work elements include water storage; pumping and piping systems; water/wastewater treatment processes; drainage systems; hydraulic modeling and process modeling.

Duties:

• Oversee project management for engineering design, from concept to client acceptance.
• Serve as an account manager for strategic accounts within the business unit and act as the main point of contact for other clients.
• Lead, motivate, mentor, and manage a high-performance team.
• Possess an outgoing and positive attitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with both client staff and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited university; a master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience or experience managing design efforts.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification required. LEED Certification is also a plus.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic and process modeling is advantageous.
