Role Title: Video Marketing Lead
Responsibilities:
- Develop globally relevant consumer-facing messaging and key value proposition frameworks to drive awareness of video services in our TV app.
- Deliver marketing campaigns and programs that increase subscriber and user engagement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across our owned marketing channels such as organic social, email, in-app tactics, and other ecosystem opportunities.
- Collaborate with external third-party content partners on marketing programs.
- Shape geo-specific messaging and creative in collaboration with international teams.
- Drive consistency of our TV app's identity and messaging across all consumer-facing channels.
- Manage TV marketing budget tracking, cross-functional alignment, and influence investment decisions.
- Collaborate with Video Content and Business teams to establish TV benchmarks and success criteria, tracking and measuring success on a regular basis to share across the organization.
Skills:
- 10 years of relevant marketing experience within the video subscription space with a solid analytical foundation.
- Experience in launching multi-channel marketing campaigns in coordination with several teams.
- Strong marketing analytical acumen with the ability to both brief in analytical assessments and draw out key insights from results.
- Excellent relationship management abilities with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills with experience crafting Keynote presentations for marketing strategy and planning.
- Genuine passion for and knowledge of digital media distribution, film, and TV.
