Hippocrates Wellness is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Beach, FL

Hippocrates Wellness, A world class health and wellness resort that sits on 50 acres of lush, tropical paradise in West Palm Beach, Florida. Offering holistic therapies, fitness classes, delicious gourmet raw-vegan cuisine and an organic salon.

This position offers the opportunity to change people’s lives - people with significant life issues or interest in our programs need your voice, skill, knowledge and understanding to get them on the healthy path quickly and professionally.

We are looking for experienced, skilled sales individuals who can make an immediate connection with a potential guest on the phone. Someone skilled in the abilities to listen, mirror back, and answer questions with confidence and empathy.

We are seeking a Guest Services Agent work fulltime shifts including weekend hours.

This is a diverse position where you'll need to come out from behind the desk to assist guests most of the time. We have multiple front desk locations on campus and this position may float between locations and help as needed at other front desk areas.

The main front desk Wigmore Hall, checks guests in, loads and delivers luggage to guest rooms, provides golf cart transportation for guests, carries luggage, helps answer all guest questions and respond to guest needs, prepares daily take-away meals for outside pick-ups, and assists guests to schedule appointments during their stay.

  • Be well organized, efficient, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
  • Assist guests in lifting and moving luggage and belongings to and from their guest rooms across campus.
  • Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Practicing a vegan lifestyle highly preferred to help answer guest questions and support guests on their health journey.
  • Possess basic math and money handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of electronic communication platforms (Outlook email, time keeping system, Microsoft Word etc.)
  • Drive golf carts to deliver guests and their luggage to where they need to go and other amenities.
  • Booking reservations over the phone and then balancing being personable with maintaining professional boundaries when guests arrive (be very warm while not letting guests get too attached and derail your day-to-day tasks)

Physical Requirements & Qualification: Pushing, pulling lifting & carrying: average weight 25-50lbs. Frequently: reaching, standing & walking: constantly kneeling & bending: Sitting: occasionally. Ability to work in all weather.
