Job is M-F 2:45PM-10:45PM
Duties would include:

• Inspects equipment for cleanliness
• Monitors defects in actual products produced and finds preventive measures
• Researches topic-based experiments
• Checks and empties the water of humidifiers
• Monitors and records temperature of all the rooms in the production area and warehouse
• Collects samples of various in-house products to be tested
• Performs microbiological tests of products to detect E-Coli, salmonella and mold as needed
• Dries product samples from production departments up to 13%
• Tests the dried sample and updates the data on the QA daily entry reports
• Records test data of the maximum/minimum temperature and humidity on Quality Assurance daily logging sheet
• Records and updates the test results
• Sends the analysis results to the lab for final results (chain of custody)
• Performs minor experiments for the research development team on upcoming new products
• Submits final report to supervisor

Qualifications:

• Must have good computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds very seldom
• Must be able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to use box cutter when necessary
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work M-F
• Some quality knowledge is a plus
• College education is a plus
