The Hilton Los Angeles Airport is looking for a Valet Cashier to join their team! This is a full time position where you will be a vital team member of the department handling multiple valet functions while providing great customer service for our guests day in and day out!
Our 1,234 room property is located off Interstate 405. SoFi Stadium and The Forum are three miles from us. Manhattan Beach and Santa Monica Pier are within 13 miles. This is a perfect opportunity to gain experience while working with a fun and dynamic team!
What Will I Be Doing?
As a Valet Parking Cashier, you would be responsible for greeting guests and processing all parking transactions and associated fees in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Total, process and collect payments from guests and all parking transactions to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, managing a bank, reporting discrepancies, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards, vouchers and credits
• Operate and manage the parking booth area
• Maintain accurate records of parking-related charges and fees including, but not limited to parking rates, validations, accrued parking time, vehicles in the hotel's care, etc.
• Manage flow of traffic, as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

What are we looking for?

• 1 year of customer service experience, required
• 1 year in similar resort/hotel setting, preferred
• 1 year in guest services/front office operations, preferred
