What will I be doing?
As an Operations Coordinator, you would be responsible for performing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our diverse culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Analyze and report on agent productivity and efficiencies on a daily, weekly, month to date and year to date basis,
  • Analyze and report conversion percentages for all outbound marketing programs. Run, calculate, and deliver metric reports to leadership.
  • Process all Personal Action Forms and deactivation of all Outbound employees. Maintain and verify employee head count reports. Process and track spiff forms. Prepare and distribute communications from the management staff. Maintain record keeping of Outbound production, keep files on all related metrics of sales floor, and provide support to Sales Managers and Director.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory control of all office supplies for the Call Center.
  • Ensure that all HR requests are being met and HR guidelines are being fulfilled.
  • Type and prepare any documents or presentations requested by Sales Manager's and/or Director.
  • Arranges travel reservations and prepares expense reports.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication skills and confidentiality in the handling of incoming telephone calls and preparation of correspondence.
  • Coordinate special event and employee engagement such as recognition, events, and promotions.

  • 2 or more years supporting a management level position
  • mHigh degree of computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
  • Must be proficient in Windows, Excel and Word.
  • Ability to set priorities, work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple request is a must.
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Enthusiasm, energy and a positive demeanor
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Above average knowledge in Excel
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute
  • Understanding or ability to quickly learn how to utilize Voice, Cognos, Real time, Liberation and Coaching technological applications.
