Your Role With Us:

Your ability to maintain an empathetic and collaborative nature will help guide patients through difficult life challenges by providing clinically-based care management to support the delivery of effective and efficient patient care.

Background/Expertise:

• Requires BSN or non-nursing Bachelor's Degree with MSN for all external applicants. Bachelor of Arts in Nursing also accepted. For internal applicants preference may be given to applicant with BSN (must be obtained within two years).
• Minimum of two (2) years of acute care RN Staff Nurse experience required. Care management experience preferred.
• Current unencumbered licensure to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon required.
• BLS from the American Heart Association required.
• Minimum 40 WPM.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to form positive, collaborative relationships with hospital staff, patients, families and post-acute providers.
