LinQuest is seeking an Operations Research Analyst for mission-level combat modeling to join our team at Peterson SFB in Colorado Springs, CO. An active Top Secret clearance is required. Qualified candidates should be adept at effectively organizing and executing analytic studies within a team of analysts containing skills spanning a range of disciplines. Experience and familiarity with the space domain and mission-level models/tools like System Effectiveness Analysis Simulation (SEAS) or Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration and Modeling (AFSIM) is desired. Responsibilities: * Utilizing studies and analyses, specifically a strong background in mission-level modeling and simulation, the analyst will make recommendations regarding the military utility, feasibility, joint warfighter impacts of the concepts and capabilities under study
* Ability to coordinate with senior managers and decision makers to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectives
* The Analyst will work as part of a contractor team working alongside a broader team of government and contract staffRequired Skills and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in operations research or a theoretical science field (Master's preferred)
* 6 years of experience
* Experience conducting modeling & simulation analyses
* Willingness to learn and employcampaign-leveland/or defense enterprise-levelmodels

* Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and MySQL or other relational databases
* Experience with BI Tools
