In this role you will imagine, develop, and implement innovative technical solutions for a large program that supports a major federal client. What You'll Be Doing: - Develop, design, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver dynamic, comprehensive reports and dashboards. - Create and optimize data models for better visualization and performance. - Write and maintain code for automated data processing and integration tasks. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting outputs. - Provide technical support and training to team members and end-users. - Lead data curation activities and conduct data cleaning. - Prepare reports and present them to a range of program stakeholders. - Analyze program processes and operations, using appropriate tools and techniques to identify improvements. What Required Skills You'll Bring: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence. * Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report publishing. * Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with Microsoft Suite - Power Automate, Data verse, SharePoint. * Familiarity/proficiency/baseline with Microsoft Power Platform * Knowledge of relational database schemas, diagrams, and relationships. * Understanding of data governance principles, backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQL What Desired Skills You'll Bring: * Holds certifications in Power BI or other BI tools. * Understands project management principles. * Possesses the ability to think algorithmically.
