Job Description:
This Personal Injury defense litigation position is an exceptional opportunity for trial-minded litigators in search of a firm where they can advance in a team-oriented environment.
Job Requirements:

• Must be currently licensed in Florida
• Ideal candidate would have 5 years’ litigation experience in personal injury
• Plaintiff or Defense experience
• Complex civil litigation experience preferred
• Must have outstanding legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, as well as excellent academic credentials
• Experienced with taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, and participating in court proceedings
