Job Description:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our Acute Care unit, assisting our healthcare team in providing compassionate and comprehensive patient care. From basic nursing tasks to clerical support, you'll ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care in a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

​

• Providing basic nursing care such as vital signs monitoring, personal hygiene assistance, and ambulation support.
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient care activities and reporting any changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Adhering to hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

​

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a CNA training program and current Washington State CNA certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and computer skills.
• Minimum of one year of recent full-time experience in a medical setting preferred.
