Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and scheduling appointments for patients
• Explaining dental treatment plans, procedures, and fees to patients
• Assisting with insurance verification and claims processing
• Discussing financial arrangements and payment options with patients
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient inquiries

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a dental office or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are also important.
