- Basic construction knowledge
- Install floors, walls, ceilings using provided materials (wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics and composites of multiple materials
- Fit/install need windows and doors
- Use of all carpentry tools including levels, hand tools, pneumatic tools, power tools, etc
- Read and follow directions (Reading blueprints a plus)
- Assemble and fasten materials to make framework
- Reconstruction work after damage areas are removed
- Follow safety guidelines
