Direct Report To: Director of Human Resources

Schedule: Full-Time, Travel Required

Facility Location: Indianapolis, IN

About the Role:

Hickory Behavioral Network is seeking a dynamic, experienced Recruiting Manager to join our Corporate Human Resources Team! The Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Manager will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of talent acquisition functions across the country including sourcing and hiring to drive organizational success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in recruiting, active and passive recruiting
  • Proficiency in cold calling and relationship management techniques
  • A least 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition strategies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets
  • Computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint required
  • Ability to travel to out of state facilities on regular basis
  • Positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with candidates
  • Ability to follow directives explicitly, adhere to policies, provide customer service, and exercise time management skills

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Utilize recruitment tools and applicant tracking platforms to source and screen candidates
  • Set hiring goals (e.g. quarterly and annual) and communicate with facilities
  • Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
  • Utilize negotiation skills to secure competitive offers for candidates
  • Oversees Recruiting Specialist to complete administrative duties 
  • Collaborate & participate with HR team on onboarding processes
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define needs and structure the recruitment plan
  • Assist with implementing training development programs for new hires
  • Upholds familiarity with State and Federal laws and regulations

Pay Range: $60,000-$75,000 per year
