Join our vibrant team as the Director of Revenue Management , where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue strategies for one of the city's finest luxury hotels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of a Forbes Four-Star establishment.

RESPONSIBILITES (Include but not limited to) ;

Strategic Revenue Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize overall hotel profitability.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align revenue strategies with the hotel's overall business objectives.

Pricing and Inventory Management:

  • Oversee pricing strategies, room inventory, and distribution channels to optimize revenue and market share.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market demand, competitor analysis, and historical data.
  • Utilize industry-leading revenue management tools and systems to enhance decision-making processes with unparalleled precision and efficiency.

Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Lead the preparation of accurate and insightful revenue forecasts, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Generate detailed reports and analysis on key performance indicators, market trends, and financial results.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost control through data-driven insights.

Team Leadership and Training:

  • As a member of the Leadership Committee, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the cultivation of a welcoming and inclusive environment through dedicated mentoring initiatives for all colleagues.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to ensure the team stays abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the revenue management department.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Build strong relationships with external partners, including online travel agencies, to maximize distribution channels.
  • Collaboratively engage with our corporate revenue team, contributing to insightful discussions and seeking guidance to drive strategic decisions.
  • Continuous mentorship from the General Manager which establishes a structured platform for professional growth and development within our dynamic organization.

SALARY RANGE:

The salary range for this position is $106,400 - $164,700. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in a senior revenue management position within the luxury hospitality industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

  • Proficiency in utilizing revenue management systems, showcasing strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, fostering effective collaboration and team dynamics.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
