**The Role:**

We are looking for Best-in-Class individuals to join our Merchandise Sales Team! This position plays a critical role within our Sales Department. In this position you will:

* Assist customers with concerns and needs while selling them the correct merchandise at the right prices.

* Attempt to up-sell all customers by offering additional needed items like clothing, jewelry, riding gear, etc.

* Accurately bill merchandise on Repair Orders and Counter Tickets, ensuring all the parts numbers and quantities are correct.

* Answer and direct all incoming phone calls to the proper person..

* Ensure that all merchandise is near, orderly, and presented in an appealing manner to customers. This includes but is not limited to arranging garments by size, folded properly, and arranged neatly.
