- At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
- This classification requires the possession of (a) a bachelor s degree, and (b) a valid
- Three (3) years of experience within the last ten (10) years leading and managing various project team sizes on large and complex IT system development projects.
- Three (3) years within the last ten (10) years of experience with either agile or hybrid agile software development processes used to develop or implement an automated solution.
- Two (2) years of experience in the last ten (10) years developing and/or facilitating review and approval of project management plans and deliverables for large and complex IT system development projects for government agencies.
- Three (3) years of experience within the last ten (10) years facilitating change control management processes in large and complex IT system implementations for government agencies.
- Two (2) years of experience within the last ten (10) years assisting with converting and migrating legacy data on a large and complex IT system project.
