Position Summary:
TheRegistered Nurse works in a collaborative and cooperative relationship withother members of the health care team, plans and implements patient and familyeducation and is responsible for assessing the needs and initiating appropriateintervention for patients.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
•American Heart Association BLS
•Competence in and a willingness and ability topractice modified primary nursing

o Complies with hospital policies, procedures,protocols, and guidelines related to care for patients with hyperacute andacute stroke
o Participates in two hours of initialcerebrovascular disease (stoke) education within one year of hire
Participates in one hour annually ofcerebrovascular disease (stroke) education

Candidates must live at least 90 miles from facility to be considered for assignment. Do not submit candidates living less than 90 miles from facility.
Facility reserves the right to cancel three (3) shifts per 13-week contract in the event of low census or other unforeseen circumstances.
