Our client, a well-known construction firm, is seeking a Senior Project Accountant to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports for individual projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of project budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances and providing insights to support decision-making.

• Cost Management: Monitor project costs, identify areas for cost optimization, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage project cash flows, including invoicing, collections, and payments, to ensure adequate liquidity and minimize financial risks.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to evaluate project performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Details
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 2 years of experience in project accounting or related role, preferably in construction.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate insights.-
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
