Job Description :

• Local, home daily!
• Monday - Friday - Weekends OFF!
• Start Time : Between 5pm and 7pm
• It pays by the hour and has over time.
• It must park in Meyerstown
• Newer trucks : Avg Age 2 years

Additional Compensation Details :

• Annual Performance Review Increase : Variable based on individual performance.
• End of Year Bonus : Variable based on years of service.
• Referral Bonus : $2,000 for local drivers, $3,000 for regional drivers.
• Safety Bonus : Up to $1,275 per year, paid monthly and quarterly.
• DOT Inspection Bonus : $150 for clean inspection; $500 for clean inspection with HAZMAT load.
• Customer Compliment Bonus : $300 per compliment received from a customer (up to 3 per individual customer).
• Thanksgiving Bonus : $35 annual Turkey Check toward your Holiday celebration

• Paid Vacation : Available annually based on tenure, 1 week (40 hours) available first year of employment, pro-rated based on hire date.
• Vacation increases to 2 weeks (80 hours) on January 1 following 2 full years of service.
• Vacation increases to 3 weeks (120 hours) on January 1 following 5 full years of service.
• Vacation increases to 4 weeks (160 hours) on January 1 following 10 full years of service.
